Conditions for exercising the right of access (rights cannot be exercised in person)
Before sending you personal data, we request that you provide us with proof of your identity. If you are not able to prove your identity, we reserve the right to refuse to send you the personal data relating to you. Pursuant to Decree 2007-451 of 25/03/2007, your request will be met within a maximum of 2 months, subject to it being on fair grounds.  A fixed amount of 5€ will be billed to you following your request.
Concerning rights to rectify and delete data: the requirements are identical to those relating to right of access.

Right of reply on the website

The Visiomed Customer Service Department can be reached 5 days a week under the conditions stated on each website.

The Department can only be reached by email, or by telephone on 0 892 350 366 at the following times: After sales service is available 7 days a week, from 8 am to 10 pm

Taking into account the large number of calls received, requests are placed and dealt with in order of priority. Non-urgent calls are therefore dealt within a maximum period of 48 business hours.
